Welcome to Ms. Collingwood's Kindergarten room!

Hi, My name is Anne Collingwood. Welcome to the 2022-2023 school year! I teach kindergarten, in the morning, in KB.  I am a resident of Redondo Beach and I am a proud mom of three grown boys, Sean(31), Logan(28), and Joey(25).  I have a fiance, Paul, and a dog named, Sophia. I love to take walks along the beach and have fun with my family and friends.

      I began my career as a special day class teacher and taught special day class in Redondo Beach for many years. An opportunity opened up for me, in 2002, to teach kindergarten at Lincoln.  I love to come to work each and every day!  I take pride in providing a loving, caring classroom, where my students feel they are valued. I let them know that the expectations I have in place for them, are to help them be successful learners and to be caring and kind to others.

  My partner teacher is Mrs. Price.  We work closely together to support all of our students throughout the day.
