4th Grade with Mrs. Bickerstaff

I am so happy to be a part of the 4th grade team at Lincoln. Most of all, I am excited to be teaching your child this year!

I grew up in Pennsylvania and graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from Charleston Southern University in South Carolina.  I moved to Los Angeles shortly after I graduated, and LA quickly became my sunny and beautiful new home.  I have been teaching since 2009.

It’s going to be a great school year, packed with lots of fun, rigorous learning and new adventures. I can’t wait to build strong relationships and community with parents and within my classroom. Together, I hope to build a classroom of curious, respectful and eager learners who try their best everyday.  I work hard to support children with their individual needs and help them build confidence in their skills.
