Welcome to Room 4 - Mrs. Chao's Kindergarten

Hi there!

My name is Margie Chao and I am a kindergarten teacher in Room 4 at Lincoln Elementary. I have been teaching kindergarten at Lincoln for over 20 years. Before Lincoln, I taught in the Ocean View School District in Orange County.  

 

I love teaching kindergarten and enjoy helping the little ones blossom into life long learners.  My classroom management style is structured, but loving and I have found that this combination works!  Nothing makes me more proud than seeing how much the kindergartners have grown throughout the year!  It is really impressive and I am always so proud of each and everyone of my students! 

 

On a personal note, I am a mom of three boys and two doodles, Coco and Buddy. My family and I live in Torrance. In my spare time, you will find me thrifting, shopping, hanging out with my family and enjoying all the South Bay has to offer.
