First Grade is Fabulous! Welcome to Room 5

My name is Jennifer Saxon.  I grew up in Tennessee and made my way across the country to the amazing state of California, 21 years ago.  Two weeks after I moved to California, I was hired to teach at Lincoln School. To me, there is no better place than here and in first grade!  First grade at Lincoln is an adventure of mixing learning, fun, and unforgettable experiences together. Our first grade team works together closely to provide the foundations of lifelong learning in our students. 

First grade is fabulous, we have dress up days, explore the ocean, visit the 1950's, delve into STEM projects, challenge ourselves with current apps on our tablets and learn what it takes to be a good friend.  Every child should have a safe and comfortable learning environment.  We thrive in Room 5!
