Principal's Message

Dear Lincoln Elementary Families and Community,

It is with great excitement, gratitude, and humility that I introduce myself as the new Principal of Lincoln Elementary School. My name is Garry Gregory, and I am truly honored to join this outstanding school community and continue the tradition of excellence that makes Lincoln such a special place for students and families.

As a Southern California native, I am proud to call the South Bay home, where I live with my wife and our three children. I bring 29 years of experience in education, including 22 years in school administration. Most recently, I had the privilege of serving as Assistant Principal at Washington Elementary School in Redondo Beach Unified School District. During my time at Washington, I developed a deep appreciation for the power of strong relationships, collaboration, and a shared commitment to student success.

Throughout my career, I have remained passionate about creating learning environments where all students feel safe, supported, challenged, and inspired to reach their full potential. I believe that successful schools are built on trust, communication, and strong partnerships between students, staff, families, and the community. My goal is to build upon the many strengths already present at Lincoln while working together to ensure every child has an exceptional educational experience.

As I begin this new chapter, I am excited to listen, learn, and become an active member of the Lincoln community. I look forward to meeting students and families, attending school events, visiting classrooms, and learning about the traditions and values that make Lincoln unique. Together, we will continue to foster a culture of academic excellence, belonging, and joy in learning.

Thank you for welcoming me to Lincoln Elementary. I am honored to serve as your principal and look forward to partnering with you in support of our students. I am excited for all that we will accomplish together in the years ahead.

Warm regards,

Garry Gregory
